Job Requirements:
- Lead the retail team to achieve the assigned sales goals for the store and for each individual;
- Work closely with the APAC Trainer to train and motivate the retail team and maintain a positive and efficient environment;
- Understand and identify the needs and requirements of existing and potential customers, and share the information with the supervisor in a timely manner;
- Compile reports on traffic information, client demographics, commercial pitch efficiency, and processes for optimising staff presence in the store;
- Maintain good inventory control and track sales performance at different points of sales;
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of work experience in luxury retail as sales, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding sales results;
- 2 years experience in retail sales management, training experience is a plus;
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin;
- Leadership qualities with high ambitions and influence skills;
- Problem-solving abilities with a positive and can-do attitude;
- Ability to represent the brand;
- Candidates with less experience could be considered as “Store Supervisor”.
