Supervisor 店舖主管 (First-in-charge / Lifestyle ) [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Job Requirements:

  • Lead the retail team to achieve the assigned sales goals for the store and for each individual;
  • Work closely with the APAC Trainer to train and motivate the retail team and maintain a positive and efficient environment;
  • Understand and identify the needs and requirements of existing and potential customers, and share the information with the supervisor in a timely manner;
  • Compile reports on traffic information, client demographics, commercial pitch efficiency, and processes for optimising staff presence in the store;
  • Maintain good inventory control and track sales performance at different points of sales;

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years of work experience in luxury retail as sales, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding sales results;
  • 2 years experience in retail sales management, training experience is a plus;
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin;
  • Leadership qualities with high ambitions and influence skills;
  • Problem-solving abilities with a positive and can-do attitude;
  • Ability to represent the brand;
  • Candidates with less experience could be considered as “Store Supervisor”.
