This is what you will do
From Apache and the NH90 helicopter to the JSF. In the Manufacturing Engineering department, we produce complex components for the landing gear of the best-known helicopters and aircraft. In every project and production process in our department, quality is the key word. Luckily, that's where you are as a production planner. Your goal? Convert design information into optimal production documentation and continuously optimize production processes. So that your colleagues can produce aircraft parts as effectively and efficiently as possible. In doing so, you will face great challenges, from implementing new machines to merging production processes.

Some of your tasksYou translate customer specifications, designs and changes into production documentation, also adapting our internal documents (work instructions and standard operations) if necessary.
- You are the point of contact on the shop floor in case of questions or disruptions in the production process. In doing so, you make proposals for changes to optimize (production) processes. Where necessary, you search for the cause of a problem in a multidisciplinary team (production, quality, engineering and logistics), e.g. via an 8D root cause analysis. Together with your colleagues, you arrive at structural solutions.
- You participate in innovation projects around production processes and ensure that any improvements land optimally with the production teams.
- You assess deviating products, checking which products can be returned to the process, whether or not after a minor rework.
- You draw up First Article Inspection Reports which, together with the processing instructions, lead to the required quality and assurance of production processes.
- With us, you will be given every opportunity to build your future in aerospace engineering. For example, you can develop in the field of process improvements (lean) or quality through training courses. We hold regular development interviews with you, because it is important to us that you feel happy in your work.
