Job Summary:
This person will be working under a Marketing & Sales team lead. He or she should hold good experience in Outbound Calling & Sales. He/She should be attending virtual webinars to understand Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Need to make sales calls to high-profile leads
- Work on converting the leads to customers (incentives on conversions)
- Need to work on getting familiar with NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming), this is
human behavioral skill & concept
- Attending virtual webinars to understand Neuro-linguistic programming
- Should have an official laptop, internet connection and an official mobile number for Calling.
- Be a team player
- Good English Communication skills
- Comfortable working in flexible hours
Key Skills:
Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, Gmail and more... Should carry Education & training sales experience, Should understand B2C Sales Model in educational industry
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Graduation is a must
- Previous experience in Education & training industry will be a plus
- Good English communication skills
- Be a team player
Fixed Salary - Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000 per month. Plus lucrative incentives.
Take home can go upto Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000 per month depending upon the performance.
