Front Desk Receptionist

Duties:

- Greet and welcome patients or visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, and verify insurance information
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Transcribe medical or dental notes as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- File documents and maintain organized filing systems
- Provide general administrative support such as proofreading documents and managing emails
- Utilize Google Suite applications for various tasks

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Google Suite
- Ability to transcribe medical or dental notes accurately
- Experience with project coordination is a plus
