We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to provide general administration support to our Aquatics team. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including assisting with staff onboarding and offboarding, updating health and safety information, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administration support to the Aquatics team, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls and emails.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of staff, ensuring that all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the manager and team leaders to update key health and safety information, including incident reports and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of staff qualifications and training, ensuring that all certifications are up to date.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating calendars, and arranging travel plans.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by building and maintaining collaborative and professional working relationships with staff and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- NCEA level 2 or higher.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary range $46,118 - $53,050
