Job Description

  • Develop annual brand plans, budgets, and forecasts; and help to support all marketing A&P efficiently and monitor its effectiveness to ensure a positive ROI on investments.
  • Ensure a consumer/patient centric mindset is at the forefront of all brand activity by leveraging compelling consumer insights and best practice learnings.
  • Support control marketing policies, programs and activities ensuring that they comply with marketing codes, regulations, and standards to protect the company and brand's reputation.
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market and brand trends, consumer behaviors and competitor activity to identify market opportunities, adjusting marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Minimum of 7 years in OTC/ consumer healthcare marketing experience is desirable.
  • Understands business strategy and able to contribute effectively to brand planning and budgeting.
  • Experience in developing multi-channel marketing programs across pharmacy, convenience, and grocery.
  • Experience in developing and executing consumer advertising and digital marketing campaigns is desirable.
  • Experience in managing projects and developing corresponding launch plans.
  • Plan and manage brand development projects, setting KPIs and co-ordinating efficient use of resources and managing communication with key stakeholders.
