Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive and comprehensive Chinese language classes for students of all levels, catering to both beginners and advanced learners.
- Develop well-structured lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods, materials, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, language proficiency, and cultural appreciation.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and personalized assistance to support their language development.
- Introduce cultural aspects of Chinese-speaking regions to promote cross-cultural understanding and encourage language immersion.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in the Chinese language is essential. Proficiency in English is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in teaching Chinese to non-native speakers is preferred, but individuals with a passion for teaching and language instruction are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of language proficiency.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, language acquisition techniques, and instructional resources.
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Chinese language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is required.
- Teaching certifications or relevant qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
