The team of Client Due Diligence (CDD) officers focuses on reviewing clients to comply with local Know Your Customer legislation, within the Business Excellence Center. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated young professional to join our team!
Key responsibilities
- The CDD Assistant is responsible for the administrative tasks of the Mandate Review Team under the supervision of a more experienced CDD officers. The CDD Assistant organizes and controls the day-to-day administrative and operational compliance workload and assesses the completeness and consistency of incoming documents that will be used in customer files.
- Perform document checks based on TMF policies and procedures, to ensure completeness and consistency of client acceptance files and documentation received from Operations
- Maintain and update the KYC/CDD database
- Assist a more experienced CDD Officer in respect of handling KYC/CDD issues, incl. responding to documentation related questions regarding to outstanding KYC/CDD-issues
- Processing documents related to and closing for the open issues
- Working on ad-hoc projects for the Mandate Review team
- Compiling and preparing the error pattern report
- Preparing the weekly and monthly CDD report from ORCA
Key Requirements
Recently graduated at (applied) University Level - able to work full time; or high school degree with more than 3 years working experience in the financial / legal sector.
Previous experience in KYC/AML is welcomed
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal as this is our company language. Proficient reading and writing knowledge in other languages (e.g., Spanish, Chinese, German, French etc.) is an advantage
