- Plan and calendar
o Provides input for and executes a communication plan and calendar, within the given guidelines and budget of an assigned medium (intranet, internet,
newsletter, etc.) and/or area, in order to deliver efficient, timely, and complete communication activities.
- Content management
o Coordinates production of content and/or edits content for different on- and offline channels (intranet, internet, newsletter, etc.), in order to realize up to date
and complete content that contains the desired message in the appropriate communication style.
- Brand Management
o Develop and support initiatives to strengthen the Nutreco brand and the many product brands, maintaining Nutreco’s brand while the strengths of the
individual or local brands are preserved.
- Reputation Management
o Safeguards Nutreco’s reputation and standing continuously, audits of Nutreco’s publications and company logo, and independent evaluation of Nutreco’s
website(s).
- Projects
o Participates in various communication related projects throughout Nutreco and contributes to project results through appropriate communication approaches.
o Sets up custom feeds developed with sales and marketing
- Projects
o Manages databases in formulation and enterprise resource planning software (SAP)
- Coordination
o Coordinates and supports colleagues and internal stakeholders in the production of on- and offline communication tools and materials, in order to support the
business needs that lead to effective communication.
- Evaluation
o Assesses the effect of communication activities against business objectives, desired quality and positioning strategy, in order to achieve an effective
communication and continuous improvement of strategy and tools.
