You will be in-charge of the Company’s financial accounting and reporting.
You will understand the Company’s business objectives and the importance of having good accounting policies and reporting, in support of business operations.
- Report to key management personnel (“KMP”)
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting and finance function
- Prepare and review periodic management & financial reporting
- Prepare and review annual financial reporting for statutory compliance
- Prepare and monitor the Company’s budget
- Maintain and conduct periodic review on accounting policies & procedures
- Perform financial and variance analyses
- Review cash flow positioning, including periodic forecasts
- Prepare and review monthly debtors & creditors aging and highlight exceptions to KMP
- Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliations, journals and schedules
- All matters in connection with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore
- Liaison with services & professional services providers such as bookkeepers, tax agent, company secretary, bankers & financiers, consultants & advisors, etc.
- Ensure continuous improvement of workflow and workflow involving other departments, including internal controls, process and procedures, etc.
- Conduct periodic stock-take and review stock-take variance and stock-take observation reports after each stock-take session and submit to KMP for review and approval
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
