Major accountabilities:
- Act as the right hand of CCFO for Finance Strategy and Operations on a project level
- Connector among finance community in Kundl/Schaftenau
- Coordinate and Execute Finance Projects on company level for Novartis in Austria
- Evaluate cross site business cases to drive long-term performance in Novartis Austria organization
- Evaluate and implement supply chain processes from a financial perspective (e.g. Tolling)
- Act as key interface to other companies on Kundl/Schaftenau Campus for Novartis services

Minimum requirements
- Relevant years of experience in Finance Management
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Pro-Active Person willing to take on interesting projects
- Financial know how in both accounting and controlling area
- Understanding of Product flows through supply chain
- Basis in cost accounting and product costing – tolling know-how if applicable
- Fluent English and German
