Function
These include:
- Reviewing and drafting employment and service agreements;
- Supervising individual and collective dismissals;
- Litigation;
- Assisting companies in the employment (national and international) and replacement of executives;
- Outlining competitive remuneration structures;
- Implementing restructuring measures such as collective dismissals and company closures;
- Restraining competition by (former) employees ;
- Advising in the context of collective relations;
- Advising on end-of-career issues, supplementary pensions, privacy, …

Profile
Master’s degree in Law with ideally a good academic track record. You have a strong interest in labour law and possibly several years of experience in this field, preferably gained in an international environment. You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of English and French. You have a driven personality with a practical and proactive attitude, which is reflected in the quality of your work and a smooth writing style. You can work independently and also function in a team thanks to your excellent communication skills and commitment. You respect deadlines. You are curious and eager to learn, develop and improve every day. You are social and pleasant to work with.
