We are looking for a strong sales professional with extensive experience in the logistics industry for our National Customer Solutions role in Turkey.
Your Role
The National Customer Solutions Manager is a cross-functional role across the sea, air, and road logistics covering customer solutions in Turkey.Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with the key customers to assess opportunities that add value to customers through solution consulting sessions
- Conduct & lead solution design sessions and drive the value proposition to the customers in collaboration with all stakeholders
- Support and coordinate with the regions on Global Implementations
- Drive strategies and business plans related to Customer Solution activities on a national level
- Work on marketing campaigns and events with a focus on digital solutions
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline
- Solid experience in solutions design in logistics industry
- Good understanding of operational processes across all functional units
- Excellent command in the English and the Turkish language
