Description and Requirements
Position Description:
This position is responsible for Lenovo ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) PCBA new product test dev and deploy management，which include NPI test planning and schedule management, communicate and coordinate with cross team to ensure new product test be deployed timely and successfully.
- Test schedule management: ICT/BST/BFT test fixture, test parts list readiness and tracking,
- program develop progress, etc.
- Test parts preparation for test development and MFG testing. Co-work with test strategy engineer to work out test solution and test parts list, and send the test parts requirement project team and factory, and then follow up those test parts preparing status.
- OEM test execution management and make sure test deploy at factory smoothly, coordinate internal and local factory resource to clarify and fix test issue quickly.
- Test process standardization, test efficiency optimization and continuous improvement.
Position Requirements:
- Project management experience
- BS in computer science/electrical engineering or relevant.
- Familiar with X86 architecture and has PCBA test/development experience
- Good team work, excellent at communication. collaborate with cross function team include
- Lenovo RD/GCM, ODM factory/test team, 3rd party and etc.
