ABOUT THE ROLE
We are actively looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager, who will be responsible for supplier performance monitoring and relationship management process within Wella organization. You will be ensuring contractual obligations, regulatory and compliance requirements are met and fulfilled for applications and infrastructure vendors in Wella service management landscape. You will be reporting to Wella IT Director – Global Service Management.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the performance standards and metrics to continue to drive value and improvement from suppliers and elevate any concerns to category stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate Vendor Governance Service review sessions (weekly / monthly), document the minutes, action plans & owners, ensure tasks are completed on time and with quality
- Maintain, govern and update a compliance dashboard in ServiceNow module called ‘Contract/Supplier Management’ or other dedicated tool
- Work with 3rd party vendor to ensure robust process and reporting of incident, service requests and change management.
- Overall responsibility for service relationship management framework and tracking maintenance of service levels, reporting metrics, KPIs for vendors in scope
- Be accountable for Vendor relationship management and monitoring of supplier contracts related to application and infra services.
- If required meet, negotiate with, and recommend appropriate vendors to manage/ deliver “best in class” services.
- Ensure the services and processes provided by Vendors are compliant and in line with contractual obligations.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG
- 8-10 years of experience of managing 3rd party vendors in the services delivery, contractual obligations, and service level agreements (SLAs), vendor performance and resolving relationship issues
- Strong experience of ITIL v4.0 IT Service Management framework.
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow) experience incl. service reporting requirement definition.
- Experience of working in global organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Capability to build and maintain relationships with varied stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority both internally and externally
- Ability to understand user needs, expectations and impacts of any changes.
- Planning, analytical and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiating ability.
- Commercial acumen in relation to vendor management and IT service contracts.
