Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify opportunities to up sell or cross-sell products/services to customers through chat and social media interactions.
- Social Media Management: Manage and monitor our company's social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and persuasive content, including product descriptions, promotional posts, and announcements, to drive sales on social media.
- Lead Generation: Use social media platforms to identify and engage potential customers, turning leads into sales opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of your efforts and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
Requirements:
- At least Intermediate or enrolled in any program.
- Previous experience in call center customer support, or in a chat support role would be preferred.
- Working knowledge of English Language is must.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and goals.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
