按数控程序安装表更换刀具、定位工件坐标、安装工件。
在生产过程中根据加工产品的需求对加工程序进行适当修改、调试。
使用相关检测仪器及工具对加工出来的产品进行抽检,熟练使用测量显微镜、投影仪、卡尺、千分尺。
对产品表面的飞边、粗糙处进行去毛刺、抛光处理,使产品达到客户要求。
记录生产操作过程,准确填写生产跟踪表、操作记录表,禁止涂改,禁止编造虚假数据。
执行生产现场5S要求,对生产设备进行日常保养。
执行公司质量方针,所有操作必须严格遵守质量体系相关制度文件规定的操作流程。
