Hiring Solutions team is looking on behalf of a client, a company that operates in the food production industry, Demand Planner .
Key Responsibilities
To generate the best possible statistical demand forecast for the major accounts in collaboration with our Commercial and Finance teams and customer contacts
To ensure that this demand forecast is input to the IT systems
Ensure supply & availability of products to fulfil deliveries on time, at the right place with the correct freshness at warehouse level, while trying to minimize working capital and TDC
Cooperate with other functions to ensure best possible coordination and enable the realization of business strategy
Drive fast, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of deviations from the Demand Plan, and communicate the implemented actions to the respective stakeholders
Monitor and analyze DSP performance using the appropriate measures and tools
Provide Generating Demand teams with inputs regarding sales performance and deviations vs demand plan
Requirements
University degree (preferably in Finance/ Supply Chain field)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
MBA or Master in Supply Chain or Statistics would be considered as an advantage
Past experience in Data Science would be a plus
Good understanding of financial processes & P&L impact
Fluency in English language
SAP knowledge (SAP (R/3) / APO) is considered a plus
Ability to work independently and proactively
