As a Business Improvement Advisor reporting to the Manager Continuous Improvement, in conjunction with the Continuous Improvement Specialists you'll be identifying improvement opportunities and guiding solutions across the organisation.
In addition, you'll work to understand the business, advise on best practice approaches to improvement and process documentation, and manage the continuous improvement ideas pipeline. Working collaboratively and time management skills are core requirements as is having a natural ability to engage with your team and internal customers.
You'll be involved in multiple initiatives and play a key role in influencing change within and across business units - you will ideally have significant experience working within large organisations. Experience working in local government would be desirable as well as knowledge and experience with the application of project management methodologies.

Hours of work - Fulltime Permanent Position
Location - This position is primarily based at 53 Hereford Street. Christchurch.
Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $66,663 to $99,925 with the mid-range being $83,271 per annum. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
