1. Financial Management:
- Manage financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Monitor cash flow and oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and relevant regulations.
2. Payroll and Taxation:
- Process employee payroll accurately and on time, including tax deductions and statutory contributions.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during audits or assessments.
3. Accounts Receivable and Payable:
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit control.
- Process accounts payable, verifying and recording invoices and expenses.
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely payments.
- Handle reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable.
4. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Perform variance analysis and identify areas of financial improvement.
5. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.
- Support HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Assist in other administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant/Admin Staff in a pharmaceutical company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of payroll and tax regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.

Salary: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
