What you will do:
- Build and maintain reporting/data analytics tools to improve processes and timeliness/accuracy of information
- Be our key liaison with Marketing Accounting to ensure production splits, project costs and facility expenses are correctly invoiced.
- Prepare terminal shipper statements; which include equalization and volume amounts during the settlement process.
- Verify payment, research and resolve imbalances and handle queries with producers.
- Receive, maintain, input and update truck ticket reports.
- Develop a detailed knowledge of both the Producer Services and Field Blending businesses to provide backup.
Who you are:
- You have a Business-related degree from a recognized institution.
- You have advanced Excel and data analytics skills.
- 2 or more years of previous related experience; prior exposure to the energy marketing industry would be an asset (i.e. contracts, scheduling, risk management, deal structuring).
