Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the GM's calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
- Coordinate and follow up closely with sales lead/ potential clients.
- Acts as liaison between the GM, subordinates, or others, by transmitting directives, instructions, and assignments.
- Responsible to take minutes of meetings when necessary and ensuring close follow-up on all outstanding tasks after meetings.
- Coordinate and collate reports, proposals, and presentation materials for the GM.
- Responsible for client sales contract and agreement preparation and documentation.
- Composing and editing correspondence including emails, letters, memorandum as needed.
- Conduct market research and provide information to the GM as requested.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the GM’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staffs and external parties.
- Attend any special assignment and ad-hoc duties as and when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good command of written & spoken in English.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin clients.
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skill.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately with minimal supervision
- Good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
