As an In-store team member, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers both in person and over the phone
- Providing exceptional customer service and going the extra mile to make their experience memorable
- Upselling and suggesting delicious additions to their order
- Efficiently processing eftpos and cash transactions
- Mastering the art of preparing tasty pizzas and other menu items
- Prioritizing hygiene and following food safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Working with a busy and diverse team to ensure operations run smoothly
