Position: · Office Assistantcum Admin
· Qualification : HSC and above
· Budget Range : 12000 to 15000
· Experience : 2 to 5 years
· Job Profile Maintaining overall office cum admin work related all the work should be able to carry out.
· welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
· Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
· Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. Printers, visiting offices and submitting documents)
· Reimbursement, Billing, Petty Cash, Managing Quotes.
· Manage office inventory
· Attending Visitors, Receiving Calls, , Maintaining Clients Records.
· Pantry work and Tea distribution
· Key Skills: , stock maintenance, reception work, pantry work, admin work
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
