About the role- Completing car park validation transactions, validating access cards etc.
- Handling customer queries & maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Maintain a customer focus in all services, ensuring customer service delivery is top priority.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion and enthusiasm for providing 5-star customer service
- Previous experiences with Opera is advantageous
- Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous
