Responsibilities:
·Heading and managing the Supply Chain Department
·Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
· Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
· Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
· Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
· Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
· Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
· Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
· Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
· Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
· Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
· Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
· Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
· Preparing procurement reports and share monthly report to management as per request.
Requirements:
. MBA/Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, additional certification will be an advantage
. Proven 5 to 7 years of UAE Experience in Industry; Interior, Fit out, Furniture, Closets, Kitchens, Cabinets, Marble, Glass & building materials
. Willing to relocate to Al Ayn
. Ability to manage 4 big brands from one office
. Can start in short amount of time

Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
