Technical Sales

We are looking for a Technical Sales to join our Critical Infrastructure China business unit, within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions. In this role you will get a great possibility to work with customers; establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate solutions. The position requires good interpersonal skills, strong technical knowledge and sales skills as well as communication in English. The position reports to Head of Business Development Critical Infrastructure China, and will be located in Shanghai, China. Regular travelling in China is required in this role.

1. <5 years working experiences, bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronic, or equivalent technical major preferred. Fresh graduates are accepted.
5年工作经验以内,接受应届毕业生,本科学历,机械工程,机电工程等相关技术学科优先。

2. Pre-sales design, installation, after-sales service, customer bidding process are advantages.
售前设计,技术指导安装,售后服务,客户竞标经验优先考虑。

3. English is working language, good skills with office software, both travel domestic and internationally up to 50%.
英文可以作为工语言,熟练掌握计算机工作软件,可以国内外出差。出差比率50%。

4. Critical infrastructure markets like power, telecom, oil/gas, mining, transportation, and other industries factories background preferred.

1. Customer visit, collect customer insight, market voice, competition intelligence, monthly reporting.
定期客户拜访,收集客户声音,收集市场信息,如竞争对手动态,市场价格等。月度报告。
2. Sales pipeline/project pipeline management, key account management, distributor management.
销售管理,项目管理,大客户管理,经销商管理。
3. New business development, includes both customer hunting and product innovation.
新业务拓展,新客户新行业拓展,支持新品开发。
4. Design sales plan, deploy the plan, collect receivable payment, improve customer satisfaction.
制订销售计划,落实计划并更新,应收账款管理,持续提升客户满意度。
5. Sales forecast management, support warehouse for stocks, customer service, marketing communication.
销售预测管理,配合库存管理,以及客户服务, 支持公司市场活动。
6. Project, action, and other things assigned by manager. Work with other ASSA ABLOY group Business Units.

完成其他上级安排的工作任务。与其他亚萨合莱内部团队协作。
7. Coordinate commercial team and factory from orders to deliveries.
