WEBINAR COORDINATOR

The webinar coordinator will coordinate the production of and moderate GWI webinars; find expert webinar presenters; and provide administrative and program support for the webinar education program. (The webinar coordinator will not create or present academic content.) ‘

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the technical delivery and smooth operation of Webinars.
  • Remotely hosting Webinar, including introducing the event, managing Q&A/polls and supporting the speaker throughout.
  • Communicating with speakers in advance of each Webinar regarding on the day logistics, required support and presentation materials.
  • Keeping the On Demand events listings up to date with descriptions and relevant information.
  • Managing the online Webinar booking / registration process
  • Coordinating Webinar reminders and communications
  • Responding to website technical queries regarding Webinar bookings
  • Editing and uploading Webinar recordings and videos to the website
  • Monitoring Webinar uptake and demand

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of delivering and hosting Webinars is essential.
  • Knowledge of Zoom Webinars is preferred.
  • Advanced competence in MS Office skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Confident at speaking publicly and introducing online events to a large audience.
  • Strong grasp of technology.
  • Proven organisational and event management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels – both in written and verbal form.
  • Ability to work without supervision and an instinct for prioritisation under a busy workload.
  • Positive attitude with plenty of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach at all times.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
