Role: Operations Systems Integration Manager

We are looking for a driven and experienced Systems Integration Manager to join our international Operations Team. You will be responsible for leading the operations workstream in the delivery and integration of Hologic systems for newly acquired organizations. In addition, this role includes the leadership and development of the Integration SWAT Team.
The role will be worked across International and Divisional Supply Chain teams, and will drive successful systems integrations of Oracle, Agile and Planning Systems in a compliant and efficient way.
In addition, you will:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with respective stakeholders within EMEA and International Supply Chain, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory and other key functions to drive successful integrations.
- Manage and coach a team of subject matter experts in procurement, planning, warehousing, item configuration and manufacturing.
- Leverage and continuously improve the Operations Integration Playbook as a blueprint for successful end to end integration.
- Report systems integration progress, timelines, and risks to senior leadership.
- Create training materials for newly acquired organizations to learn the systems and scale those materials across the global supply chain organization.
- Develop future state processes and document roles and responsibilities for post go live activities and drive gap mitigation with business teams.
We do have minimum expectations we need you to fulfill to join the team, these are:
- Proven experience in supply chain including end-to-end supply chain planning, people management and project leadership.
- Strong understanding of ERP, PLM, and APS Systems, Oracle / Agile would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated change management experience; ability to understand the difficulties of change in an organization during acquisition and integration.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and experience using BI tools e.g., QlikView
- You will have experience working in an international matrix driven organization
