In dieser Rolle umfasst Ihr Verantwortungsbereich im Bereich der Visuellen Inspektion und Verpackung (VI&P) die finale Qualitätskontrolle der abgefüllten und verpackten Endprodukte (Infusionsfläschchen) sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung des VI&P Qualitätssystems, das bedeutet im Einzelnen:
- Fehler-Analyse des Sichtungs-Ausschusses im Rahmen der Visuellen Inspektion der Endprodukte zur Bestimmung der Produktqualität
- Stichprobenartige Überprüfungen der gesichteten Endprodukte zur Bestimmung der Sichtungs- bzw. Marktqualität
- Datenerfassung der Fehler-Analysen im SAP-System
- Quarantänesetzung bzw. -aufhebung für Endprodukt-Chargen
- Freigabe des Arbeitsbereichs für Sichtungs- und Verpackungsprozesse
- Durchführung von Druckdaten-Kontrollen im Rahmen der Endprodukt-Verpackung
- Dokumenten-Kontrollen im Rahmen der Sichtungs- und Verpackungsprozesse
- Unterstützung der Sichtungs- und Verpackungsmitarbeitenden bei fachspezifischen Fragen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der laufenden Prozesse
Ihr Profil, das uns überzeugt:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
- Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, idealerweise vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Eigenständiges und proaktives Arbeiten
- Lösungsorientiertheit
- Belastbarkeit und Genauigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit (Mo-Fr, Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht)
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
