Our client is a Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Contract Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a QA Manager to be part of their QA team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North – easily accessible.
Job Responsibilities of QA Manager
- Lead and coordinate all activities related to ensuring product quality and adherence to standards.
- Develop and implement plans to gather and analyze quality data at various stages of production, collaborating with Production and Material teams.
- Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System, ensuring its effective implementation and audit readiness.
- Monitor and control the processing and delivery of non-conforming products until corrective measures are implemented.
- Prepare and submit timely quality reports to the management, including statistical process control analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma
- 10 years experience in quality management
- Good understanding of ISO 13485 and QMS
